    Mont Alpi 400 Deluxe Island with a Kegerator and Fridge Cabinet - MAi400-DKEGFC

    The Mont Alpi D series stands for deluxe and that is exactly what you get from the MAI400-DKEGFC.

    This grill combines four burners of standard cooking size along with an extremely useful infrared side burner suitable for searing, pan frying and boiling and an infrared rear burner for the ultimate rotisserie experience.

    The 3 pour kegerator module with granite top and drip tray is perfect for 3 barrels of beer (or other) and is cooled in an outdoor rated fridge for that perfect ice cold pint.

    The outdoor refrigerator works in all temps and is fitted with multi-layer shelves, LED lights and desired cold settings.

    The Mont Alpi D series comes with waterfall granite which extends down the sides of the grill for easy cleaning and extra class, the unit also includes a heavy duty rotisserie kit, full size weather cover and a granite matching chopping board.

    The grill comes standard with LED knob lights that are blue when off and red when on and bright internal cooking lights for perfect vision and precision control.

    Be sure to check out the useful optional accessories such as the charcoal tray and griddle. Grill comes as propane ready but can be converted to Nat gas within minutes, simply buy the additional Mont Alpi Natural gas conversion kit.

    Mont Alpi grills and BBQ Islands are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

    Grill Hood & Cooking Grates: 100% coverage for 15 years.  After 15 years, the owner covers 45% of the price for replacement parts.

    Tubular Burners: 100% coverage for 5 years.  After 5 years, the owner covers 45% of the price for replacement parts.

    Stainless Steel Firebox: 100% coverage for 2 years.  After 2 years, the owner covers 45% of the price for replacement parts.

    Electronics: 100% coverage for 1 years.  After 1 years, the owner covers 45% of the price for replacement parts.

    Delivery Area Surcharge may apply when shipping to certain remote areas. Available shipping options and their costs will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.

     

    Orders has to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

     

    Processing Time: 7 - 10 Business days.

    Please Note:

    A. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (verification Email will be sent after payment).

    B. You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to: switch to another color, size, style or a different product, changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation Email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.

    C. For holidays, processing time may takes longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.

    Our Returns Policy

     We want you to be fully satisfied with your product. But in the unlikely event that it doesn’t meet your expectations, we have a comprehensive returns policy.

    Not Happy with Your Item?

    If you simply don’t like your item, or you’ve changed your mind, you can return your product for a refund of the purchase price. As long as the item is not damaged, in original box and was not custom produced. But to qualify for this refund, we must receive the item within 30 days of delivery.

    A restocking fee applies to all returns. The fee is usually a percentage of the purchase price, which can differ depending on the manufacturer. Please contact us for restocking information for your purchase.

     Refusing a Shipment

    If you refuse to accept your delivery, the product will automatically be sent back to the warehouse. If you’ve simply changed your mind, a restocking fee will be dedicated from your refund.

    If you refuse an item due to damage, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible — at no extra charge.

     Canceling Your Order

    We process orders immediately, so if you decide to cancel an order once you’ve paid for it, you’ll be charged a restocking fee — usually between 15% and 30%. The exact percentage will depend on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Please allow up to two weeks for us to fully process your cancellation and refund.

    Returning the Product

    Please return your product to us in its original packaging and condition. Please include all the manufacturer’s inserts, documents, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. We will need to verify that all these items are present before we can issue your refund.

    In most cases, a return takes between five and 10 working days to complete. We’ll let you know as soon as the process is complete.

    You may need to wait a further three to five working days for your refund to appear in your bank account or credit card balance.

    We don’t offer exchanges due to the complexities caused by restocking fees and the expensive shipping for heavy items.

    Note: We reserve the right to deduct the cost of missing packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals from your refund.

    Returning Damaged or Defective Items

    Please contact us immediately if your delivery is damaged on arrival. You should also contact the PHO support team if you discover your item is defective after delivery.

     Please follow this process for returning your damaged or defective purchase:

    • Please write “package damaged” on the delivery note if you notice even the slightest damage. And take a photograph of the damage before you sign for it and carry it inside.
    • Please check your purchase includes all the relevant accessories and documentation as soon as possible. Switch on the appliance to check it works as quickly as you can. If there are any missing parts or malfunctions, contact us immediately to begin the returns process.
    • If we can’t find replacement parts, we will arrange to pick up the item and deliver a replacement to you — free of charge. If you don’t want replacement parts, you can send the item and the parts back to us in line with our standard returns policy.

    Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide a refund in the following instances:

    • The product has been modified
    • We determine that the product isn’t in a resalable condition
    • An order number isn’t supplied with the product
    • The item isn’t returned to us in its original packaging
