At Premium Home Outlet, we work with our suppliers and the biggest appliance manufacturers in America to keep our prices as low as possible. And we refuse to be beaten on price.

 

Money is tighter than ever, so we believe it’s our responsibility to keep the cost of buying home appliances as low as possible. That’s why every purchase made on the Premium Home Outlet website comes with our price match promise:

 

We will match the price of any item (including the delivery charge) you find at another US retailer. We will also match any sales price — and any price that’s reduced with the addition of a promotional sales code. So if you find the exact product cheaper somewhere else, we’ll honor that price here.

 

How it Works

If the item you want is cheaper at another US retailer, follow this process:

 

• Contact us via email or phone to inform us of the cheaper item.
• Provide us with the product code.
• Send us a photo of the product or the link to its web page.
• Let the PHO team do the rest.

 

If we can verify the product’s actual price, we’ll allow you to purchase it from us at the cheaper price. And that’s a promise!

 

What if You’ve Already Bought the Item?

We want you to have the best deals in town. That’s why we’ll refund the difference if you report a cheaper price somewhere else within seven days of your purchase. Just send us your order number and proof of the cheaper price, and we’ll do the rest.

 

What Products Qualify for the Price Match Promise?

The following terms apply to the PHO Price Match Promise:

 

• We combine the purchase price and delivery charge to ascertain if an item is cheaper.
• We only price match against US retailers selling US products.
• The alternative product must be EXACTLY the same as the product you’re buying from us.
• The product must be available to order and pay for that day.
• We never price match with exclusively in-store promotions and discounts.
